Terms and Conditions for Recivo

Welcome to Recivo. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online receipt recognition and storage service. By accessing this service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Recivo if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Definitions

1. Service: The online platform provided by Recivo for the recognition, processing, and storage of receipts.
2. User: Any individual or entity that subscribes to or uses the Service.
3. Subscription: A paid plan that allows the User to process up to a certain number of receipts per month.
4. Processed Receipts: Receipts that have been scanned or photographed, recognized, and stored by the Service.
5. Storage Plan: An additional service allowing Users to store Processed Receipts for a specified period.

Subscription Plans

1. Subscription plans are available on a monthly basis.
2. Each subscription plan allows the User to process a specified number of receipts per month (e.g., 100 receipts for $5/month).
3. Unused receipts do not roll over to the next month.
4. Users can upgrade their subscription plan at any time. Downgrades are effective from the next billing cycle.

Receipt Processing and Storage

1. Processed Receipts are stored for one week by default.
2. Users can purchase additional storage to retain receipts beyond the default storage period (e.g., 1GB for $10/year).
3. It is the User's responsibility to download and back up their receipts before the default storage period expires, unless additional storage has been purchased.

Payment Terms

1. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
2. Additional storage fees are billed annually and are also non-refundable.
3. Failure to pay the subscription fee or additional storage fee may result in the suspension or termination of the User's access to the Service.

User Obligations

1. Users must ensure that the information provided for processing is accurate and legible.
2. Users must not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Recivo is committed to protecting User privacy. Personal data collected during the use of the Service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. By using the Service, Users consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

1. Recivo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.
2. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Modifications to the Service and Terms

1. Recivo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
2. Recivo may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

1. Recivo may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if the User breaches the Terms and Conditions.
2. Upon termination, the User's right to use the Service will cease immediately. If the User wishes to terminate their account, they may do so by discontinuing the use of the Service.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the User irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
